Deposits and terms
Following any enquiry or booking and prior to attending any event, we will visit the site to plan and agree what you would like at your event and your expectations from us.
There are different packages to choose from depending on the type of event and what you are looking for in particular, all of which can be discussed and agreed at the time of booking and some ideas are listed below.
A Prepaid Package where you treat your guests to prepaid drinks and choose fizz, beers, ales or any combination.
A cash or card payment bar can be provided if you prefer with any mix of drinks.
Alternatively you may wish to opt for a mixture of both – once the prepaid limit has been reached we can switch to a cash bar if required.
The drinks menu is not limited to those as shown so if you have any particular drink you would like served please let us know and we will check the sizes of kegs and availability.
A deposit of 25% of the agreed cost is payable at the time of booking confirmation with an additional 25% payable 30 days prior to the event date. The balance is due on the day of the event.

Personal data
When you complete our contact form, you are voluntarily giving us your name, telephone and email address, via our website on one of our web pages. Additional information will include address details.
If there is anything in our online form that you do not wish for us to know, please do not submit the form.
The personal data you do provide us with may be used in the following ways, unless stated otherwise:
- We may store that information on a private computer (password protected)
- We will use this information to contact you by email or telephone.
- We may provide other third parties through email or verbally with a summary – but not individual – information about visitors to, or users of, our site. The third parties will also have the information stored on password protected devices.
We DO NOT provide third party sites with your personal data.

Payment details
If you are to book with us, we will keep your payment details stored until after the booking/event has been completed. We store your details on a personal computer which is password protected.
